Your food log, workouts, plans and streaks live on your device. We do not sell data, we do not run ads, and we do not track you across other apps.
Food photos are sent securely to our server and on to an AI service to estimate calories and macros, then discarded — they are not stored server-side and are never used to identify you.
Location is used on your device for run/walk tracking and to show local sunrise/sunset. Routes are stored on your device (and in Apple Health only if you enable it).
Health data (workouts, weight, nutrition) syncs with Apple Health only when you switch it on, under Apple's HealthKit rules. We never receive it on our servers.
Support chats you start in the app are stored so our team can reply, and are processed by an AI assistant to give instant answers.
Shopping basket & planner requests (food names, your chosen store) are processed by our server to fetch prices and images; they contain no personal identifiers.
Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
You can delete the app to remove on-device data, revoke Health and location permissions in iOS Settings at any time, and email us to delete support conversations.
